Meet Oliver Steele-Perkins MCIOB
I’m a Chartered Construction Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex residential projects across London and the South East.
My role has been to take responsibility for projects where coordination, cost control and programme management are critical to success, working with architects, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to deliver high-quality homes.
I created Homebuilding Essentials to give homeowners access to that same level of structured thinking and professional oversight without needing to appoint a full-time project manager.
