Hi, I’m Oliver Steele-Perkins MCIOB, Chartered Construction Manager.
I’ve spent more than 25 years delivering new-build homes, major refurbishments, and complex residential projects and continue to actively manage projects through the full project journey, coordinating design teams from planning, managing contractors, resolving issues, and guiding homeowners through decisions that genuinely matter.

A minimum 9-month commitment applies to reflect the initial project setup, programme alignment and early-stage strategic guidance involved in live residential projects. Total cost of minimum commitment is £5050 including VAT.
