This stage of a project is where key decisions are made, consultants are appointed, and the direction of the build is set. Having a clear view of where you are, and what should happen next makes a significant difference to how smoothly the project progresses.

Our Project Review Service helps you move forward.

I personally review where your project is today, assess what’s been done so far, and provide you with a clear, structured action plan that explains:

  • what needs to happen next

  • why it needs to happen

  • and how it fits into the wider journey from planning to construction

This service gives you confidence, direction, and control whether you move forward independently or continue into the Plan It pathway.

How the Project Review service works

1. Make an initial enquiry

Complete the short online form below, outlining:

  • your project location

  • current stage

  • design team appointments (if any)

  • a brief description of where you feel you are right now

This allows me to understand the scale and complexity of your project without asking you to complete lengthy paperwork upfront.

2. Fee confirmation

Based on your enquiry, I’ll confirm a fixed fee for the review before any work starts.


Most projects fall comfortably within the standard fee range outlined below.

3. Upload your current information

Once the fee is agreed, you’ll be asked to upload:

  • your current drawings only (no historic versions)

  • and complete a short structured Q&A that gives us context around decisions already made

  • details of quotes you have received from potential suppliers.

This ensures the review is accurate, relevant, and tailored to your situation.

4. Receive your personalised review & action plan

You’ll receive a clear written report that:

  • explains where your project currently sits

  • identifies gaps, risks, and upcoming decisions

  • provides a prioritised action list with reasoning behind each step

  • links to trusted guidance and resources where appropriate

  • Where relevant, the review will also identify the appropriate point to introduce cost planning, based on your project’s stage and level of design development.

Where helpful, your action plan may reference guidance and trusted resources to support next steps. These are provided for orientation and context, not as a substitute for the structured learning, sequencing, and decision frameworks delivered inside the Plan It pathway.

Fees

Project Review Service:
£750 – £1,500 + VAT (most projects)

  • The final fee depends on the scale and complexity of your project.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your initial enquiry, we’ll confirm the fixed fee before proceeding.

  • No work starts without your approval.

  • 25% discount on Plan It following a project review

If you decide to continue into the Plan It learning pathway, you’ll receive a 25% discount as a thank-you for starting your journey with a Project Review.
